Orchard Farms PTO

All of the Orchards Farms Kool Katz and their Totally Kool Ladies are cordially invited to the 50's Sock Hop Dance.

We will be eating pizza and twisting the night away in the Orchard Farms Elementary School cafetorium and gym.

• Cost: $20 per couple, $6.50 each additional child
• Pizza will be served
• Photos by Lifetouch starting at 6:30PM. Package prices vary

Dress up 50's style or come as you are!

Please return the bottom half of the flyer with your payment to your child's teacher as soon as possible. Checks should be payable to Orchard Farms PTO.

If you have misplaced the flyer just include the following information with your payment:

• Name of child
• Room #
• # of people attending
• Amount enclosed
