Bowling Time: 3 pm - 5 pm

Cost: $15.00 Per Person

 

Includes: 2 hours of AMF Xtreme Bowling, Shoe Rental,

1 slice of pizza per person, 1 soda per person and a cookie. 

A snack bar will also available to purchase additional food items

To reserve your spot, please fill out the form below and return it and the payment to school by Thursday, January 19^th. The lanes will be pre-assigned and we can put 5 to 6 people on a lane and a pair of lanes accommodates 10 to 12 people.  If you would like to bowl on the same lane or pair of lanes with other people, please enclose all reservation forms together in the same sealed envelope.  We will do our best to reserve your lane with or near your friends.
