Do you have the necessary knowledge and skill set to protect yourself against the crimes committed against women? Do you know what to do if confronted by an attacker? Do you have a game plan to deal with violent crime?

The paradox of self-defense is that the more prepared you are, the less likely you are to need it. When you can recognize and respond effectively to potentially dangerous situations, you are more confident in your every day activities. You are also less likely to become a target of crime.

All Orchard Farms Moms are invited to Mastery Martial Arts, 60 Walnut Grove Avenue (the street across from Ruggieri's Market), at 7:30pm on Tuesday, February 10th, 2009, for a free Ladies Self Defense Class. Remember to wear comfortable clothes.
