Orchard Farms PTO

This will be our first PTO Meeting for the 2008 / 2009 School Year. We will meet in the Orchard Farms Elementary School Library. Children are welcome to attend; some bring homework and some just read a book. There is plenty of room in the Library.

1. Introduction of our Executive Board and our new Principal
2. Messages from the Executive Board
   

   This year's goals are to

   • Increase communications using our web-site and and the new bulleting board outside the office.
   • Increase our volunteer list; especially by networking with local commununities and companies owned / operated by Orchard Farms Families. Create a stronger sense of community.

   Walk a thon

   We need parents to help out that day. This is our promary undraiser, please be as generous as you can. The walk a thon will be held on September 26th.

   Membership drive

   Choose to purchase an Entertainment Book and become a member of the PTO or just become a member of the PTO (a member means you are added to our mass e-mail list to be sent notices via e-mailand also gives you the right to vote on issues at PTO meetings). More information to be given out at the meeting.
