Orchard Farms PTO

The Orchard Farms Executive Board warmly invites you to visit our refreshment tables at Open House. Please check out our Sign-up Posters to see how you can be involved. PTO members will be available to answer questions before and after Open House.

The committees which need members to become involved are:

Hospitality Committee - hospitality@orchardfarms.org

Members are called upon to help set-up and clean up at school-sponsored events. Members are also called upon to bring various baked goods to an event.

Fundraising Committee - fundraising@orchardfarms.org

Members are to assist the Vice President in all areas of fundraising. Includes creating new ideas and organizing various fundraising activities such as the Book Fair & Holiday Shop.

Ice-Cream Committee - icecream@orchardfarms.org

We are looking for parents to volunteer Wednesdays and Fridays to sell ice cream during lunch. PTO is seeking a Chairperson to coordinate and schedule parents and most importantly keep inventory and order ice cream once a week.

School Gardening/Beautification Committee - beautification@orchardfarms.org

Looking for a Chairperson to coordinate the clean up and maintain some of the beds around our school. May also need to plant shrubs and flowers.

Social Committee - social@orchardfarms.org

Seeking a Chairperson(s) to plan and organize social events like family activities, parent and child events, etc. We are also looking for volunteers to help with the events. If you would like to plan one event, that is ok too.

Sunshine Committee - sunshine@orchardfarms.org

Works with our Chairpersons to send cards, flowers, etc. for various reasons. Coordinates Teacher Appreciation Week and community service activities like the Thanksgiving Food Drive, December Giving Tree, etc.

Volunteer Connection - volunteer@orchardfarms.org

Our Chairperson will call upon these members to help out in various parent involvement activities including classroom help and any other areas where teachers or PTO may need assistance. This is a great general committee if you are unsure of how much time you can commit.
